Over the last decade, we’ve developed a tried and true method that allows us to tackle any and all home sale preparation projects in a structured and methodical fashion.

Of course, that process is custom-tailored to each individual client, but the general steps remain the same so we can ensure the best results every time. Those four simple steps are as follows:

Step 1: Consult & Create A Plan
We begin every project with a consultation call so we can make sure we know exactly what your goals are. This helps us to understand the current state of your home, what kind of turnaround you’re looking for, and any specific needs or concerns you may have. Once we’ve had our consultation call, we’ll create a project plan that outlines the work we’ll be completing and a proposed timeline of completion.



Step 2: Declutter
Once the plan is finalized and we have the client’s approval, we’ll begin by decluttering any items that are no longer needed or wanted. This is key when preparing your home to sell because unnecessary clutter not only will cause your home to look chaotic, but will also make your eventual move a nightmare.
Our organizers will take charge of the removal of your unwanted items ensuring everything is properly distributed (throwing out garbage, separating recyclables and arranging donation pick ups).
